Prices, Currency & Payment Details：
All prices are shown on the website in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and also accept cash on delivery payments in AED.
When placing your order, you will be requested to select a form of payment for your goods.
We offer the following forms of payment:
- Credit/Debit Card Payment Online
- Cash on delivery (Dirhams only)
All online payments which will include any taxes, delivery, shipping, and handling fees are processed securely via Stripe and only cards accepted by Stripe can make payments. www.mangroveme.com can only accept payment in Dirhams (AED).
All currencies will be converted to Dirhams (AED) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider. All prices are as stated on the website but www.mangroveme.com reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
All payments should be made in AED. We do not offer to accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Mangrove General Trading LLC holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Availability of Goods
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. A representative from Mangrove General Trading LLC will contact you to arrange this via email as soon as possible.
Delivery
Please allow the following delivery times and costs depending on your location:
UAE: “Free Delivery” is applicable for orders that are being delivered to your desired location within 2-5 days of purchase, subject to the availability of the item(s) you have ordered. For orders below AED 149, there is an AED 39.90 (Inclusive of 5% VAT) delivery charge.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email at info@mangroveme.com. In the case of non-delivery please wait five working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within three days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund or store credit of the cost of the goods.
Complaints & Queries
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavors to respond to you in a timely manner, within three working days.
